We believe that everything in life is built on the strength of relationships. For over 20 years, we have never marketed or advertised. Our current clientele is one hundred percent referrals. Our ongoing goal in business and life is to establish a foundation of understanding that fosters growth and development in our relationships.

Our team brings a wealth of experience to the table. We have over 40 years of combined experience managing corporate and government operations, including human resources management, senior-level decision-making and an array of business functions. We offer a team of professionals that can take your vision and give it life.

Founder and Senior Consultant Jessica Martin established the company in 1996 to provide services for small businesses seeking to operate as efficiently as Fortune 500 companies. The common challenge these companies shared was they were well-positioned to provide core services, but they weren’t sure how to expand and how to manage the operations side of their business. Jessica and her team continue to serve clients with this simple yet effective mindset: There is an answer to every problem; you just have to have the patience to find it.
